  To apply for the Transfer President Scholarship at Ferris State University you must meet the following requirements
  1. Must be transfer students from any university who must be accepted for an undergraduate program at Ferris State University.
  2. Must be classed as international applicants.
  3. Must surpass the transfer admission requirements set by the university.
  4. Must have a cumulative transfer GPA of 3.3/4.0 and twelve accepted credit hours to avail of this scholarship.
  5. Must be enrolled full-time.
