Eligibility criteria for Toroa International Postgraduate Fee Scholarships:
- Open to international students.
- Applicants must be new to Massey and intending to enroll full-time on campus in New Zealand in their first 120 credits of a postgraduate qualification in Semester 1 (February) 2026.
- Applicants have received the equivalent of a New Zealand B grade or higher in their preceding qualification.
Value of Toroa International Postgraduate Fee Scholarships:
The value of the scholarship is NZ$5,000 towards the tuition fee for one year.

Note: Successful recipients will be required to pay the first year's full fees or make a NZ$500 contribution towards their tuition fees within 2 weeks of the scholarship award in order to secure the scholarship.
