The Thomas and Margaret Roddan Trust Bursary provides financial assistance to students who are experiencing unexpected financial hardship through no fault of their own. This includes unforeseen or exceptional circumstances that may affect their ability to continue their studies.

Eligibility for the Thomas and Margaret Roddan Trust Bursary at University of the Highlands and Islands 2026:

• Applicant must be an undergraduate student in the second year or above, or
• Applicant must be a postgraduate student undertaking a taught programme or engaged in research for a higher degree.
• Applicant must demonstrate that they are experiencing unexpected financial hardship.
