Brief Description:
The School of Philosophy and Art History is offering a bursary to assist one student from Latin America to study MA in Art History and Theory at Essex, to assist with tuition fees, accommodation, or travel costs. The bursary has been created in memory of the artist Eleonore Koch.
Eligibility for the Eleonore Koch Fund:
- These scholarships are restricted to students who are from Latin America.
- Applicants must have received a conditional firm or unconditional firm offer to study full-time MA Art History and Theory at the University of Essex starting in the academic year 2023-24.
- Candidates must have accepted their offer by 14 July 2023.

To be considered for these awards you must complete and submit the application form available on our website by 14 July 2023. Alongside the application form, you must submit a 500-word supporting essay which will be considered by the selection panel alongside other applications.
