Des Wood Memorial Bursary at Mohawk College:

The Des Wood Memorial Bursary provides financial assistance to Mohawk College students from the Hamilton area who demonstrate a strong commitment to community involvement and service above self.

Eligibility requirements for the Des Wood Memorial Bursary at Mohawk College:

• The applicants must be a resident of the Hamilton area.
• The applicants must demonstrate service above self.
• The applicants must have a record of community involvement.
• The applicants must demonstrate financial need according to OSAP eligibility guidelines.

Application Process:

• This is a general award the students can apply for through the Mohawk College Scholarships and Bursaries Application.

Value of the Scholarship:

• A CAD 1,000 is awarded to support a full-time student at Mohawk University.
