Eligibility Criteria for Dalai Lama Graduate Scholarship 2025:

Applicants must:

  • Be Tibetan and able to show proof of Tibetan heritage and continuity in Dhanglang Chatrel (Green Book contribution).
  • Be enrolled or accepted into a full‑time graduate degree program (Master’s or PhD) at a recognized university.
  • Pursue studies in eligible regions: Europe, the Americas, Australia, or Asia (excluding the Indian subcontinent).
  • Be undertaking a graduate program of at least one academic year or longer.
