The Carol Klingel Endowed Scholarship for Art Education

Carol Klingel graduated from the Art Education program at Kent State University in 1969 and taught in public schools for 30 years. She has established this scholarship in support of Art Education students in the School of Art.

Eligibility criteria:

• The applicant must be an undergraduate Art Education major.
• They must be enrolled as full-time students at the Kent Campus.
• They must have a GPA of 3.0 or above.
• They must be of Junior or Senior standing

Application process:

• The applicant must surpass all the additional requirements the University sets for admission.
• They must also submit an essay.
