The Alexander Scholarship is awarded to a student undertaking a Bachelor of Design who is experiencing financial hardship

Eligibility for The Alexander Scholarship in Bachelor of Design 2020:

In order to be eligible you must:

  • be an Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident;
  • be enrolled in the Bachelor of Design Course W64 at ECU;
  • have an academic progression status of good standing;
  • be studying full-time (60 credit points);
  • be able to provide evidence of financial hardship;
  • not currently be in receipt of another scholarship and
  • not have been a previous recipient of this scholarship.

Value of The Alexander Scholarship in Bachelor of Design 2020:

  • The Scholarship will provide a one-off payment of AUD 3000 to support the student to progress through their studies.

Applicants will be required to provide a personal statement of no more than 500 words demonstrating the need for financial assistance. Eligible applications will be assessed by a Selection Committee.
