Telangana Post Matric Scholarship (PMS) for SC/ST/BC/Disabled Category 2023-24

Students in Telangana who are disabled, members of Scheduled Castes or Tribes, or who fall into one of the Backward Classes are eligible to apply for scholarships to pursue higher education. The post-matriculation education of these students will be funded by the Telangana government. Every year, around 14 lakh pupils benefit from this program. Finally, registration for the 2023–24 session is available. Interested parties must submit an online application. The household income of the candidate is restricted to Rs. 2 Lakh annually to guarantee that the scholarship is only available to those who truly need it. To apply for this scholarship, individuals must carefully read over all requirements and guidelines.

Eligibility for Telangana Post Matric Scholarship:

• Applicant should be a resident of Telangana state, fall under the SC/ST/BC/EBC/Disabled Welfare category, have completed Class 10 education, and be enrolled in post-matriculation programs.
• Applicant should have completed the Class 10 exam and achieved at least 75% attendance after each quarter.
• Applicant should possess a household income that is less than:
• For the SC/ST category, INR 2,000,000. 
• For rural areas, the BC/EBC/Disabled Welfare category is INR 1,50,000. 
• INR 2,00,000 for urban areas falling under the BC/EBC/Disabled Welfare category
