  • The University of Sydney is offering scholarships to year 12 students commencing their bachelor's degree in 2019.
  • The applicants for Sydney Scholars Awards should have an ATAR of 95 and above.
  • The candidates applying for Sydney Conservatorium of Music and Sydney College of Arts should have an ATAR of 90 or above.
  • The applicants who are international students and have completed an International Baccalaureate or educational award equivalent to the HSC, and are applying for admission through UAC are eligible.
  • The candidates who are citizens of Australia or New Zealand having an ATAR of 99.90 will automatically be given $10,000 fro the duration of their course.
  • The applicants for Sydney Scholars Awards should complete an online application form, upload recent school report and submit a 1000 character personal statement in the provision included in the online application.
  • The Sydney Scholars Awards are given to students with academic excellence and who have the disability, financial, and medical issues.
  • The applicants should also submit a separate equity scholarship application to UAC.
  • The recipients get $6,000 to $10,000 in value from one to 5 years.
