Overview

The University of Sydney Scholars Awards are awarded to school leavers with excellent performance in the NSW Higher School Certificate Examination (ATAR 95 to 99.85) or equivalent.

Eligibility for the Sydney Scholars Awards:

  • Applicants can be domestic students or onshore international students.
  • Candidates should apply for a University of Sydney undergraduate degree through the UAC in the year they undertake the NSW ATAR or equivalent.
  • Students must have achieved the minimum ATAR set by the University of Sydney at the time of the scholarship offer.
  • Applicants should enroll in an undergraduate degree or combine undergraduate degree immediately following the completion of HSC or equivalent.
