Sunway University Postgraduate by Research Scholarship 2024

Eligibility:

• Applicants should have at least an upper second-class honors degree or its equivalent at an undergraduate level in a relevant field.
• Candidates should have a good academic track record and the potential to complete the proposed study program.
• Applicants for the Ph.D. scholarship should have a good master's degree and should be eligible for the Ph.D. degree by research at Sunway University.

Selection Criteria:

• Candidates will be assessed based on their eligibility, qualifications, and ability to pursue the program.
• Applicants will also be evaluated based on their experience to undertake the research work and annual budget allocation.

Application Procedure:

• Applications for support should be made by completing the Postgraduate Research Scholarship Application Form upon application for admission to a PGR programme.
• The application form is to be submitted to the School for Head of Department recommendation and Dean support.
• School’s recommendation for PGR Scholarships shall be considered by the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research Engagement and Impact). The decision of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research Engagement and Impact), which shall be final.
• Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application by the Provost Office to Research Services.
