Eligibility Criteria for Sunway University Postgraduate by Research Scholarship 2026:

  • Applicants must be enrolled full-time in an eligible program offered at the university.
  • Applicants must exhibit good conduct of character.
  • Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree from any of the following institutions:
    • Sunway University, or Sunway College.
  • Scholarship Applicants must have a CGPA of greater than or equal to 3.5.
  • Bursary Applicants must be Sunway graduates and surpass the admission requirements to the eligible programs. 

Application Procedure:

All eligible candidates must complete the Postgraduate Research Scholarship Application Form upon application for admission to a PGR program.

The successful candidates can avail of the following benefits:

  • BURSARY :
    • Master by research - 30% tuition fee waiver,
    • PhD by Research - 50% tuition fee waiver.
  • SCHOLARSHIP :
    • Master by research - 60% tuition fee waiver,
    • PhD by Research - 100% tuition fee waiver.
