Eligibility Criteria for Stavros Niarchos Foundation Academy Fellowships 2026:

Applicants must:

• Be a citizen of Greece or a dual national including Greek citizenship.
• Hold a completed bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have research experience.
• Be at the early-to-mid stage of their career in academia, NGOs, business, government, civil society, or media.
• Have knowledge of and interest in international affairs and a viable research topic relevant to Chatham House’s mission.
• Be able to work full-time on the fellowship without simultaneous employment or study.
• Demonstrate proficiency in spoken English.

Value of Stavros Niarchos Foundation Academy Fellowships 2026:

• Monthly stipend of £2,565 to cover living expenses in London
• Coverage of relocation costs, visa sponsorship, and UK Immigration Health Surcharge
• Support for research expenses such as fieldwork, outreach, or events
• Five-year Chatham House membership and access to the Academy faculty and alumni network
