South Asia Scholarship at the University of the Highlands and Islands 2026:

The South Asia Scholarship provides a tuition fee discount that is applied at the offer stage to applicants enrolling in undergraduate programmes of at least one year's duration. It is available to students whose permanent residence is in the countries listed below. In response to the impact of currency devaluation and other market factors in South Asia, the University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI) offers this scholarship to eligible students who are domiciled in these countries and are studying at one of its campuses.

Eligibility for the South Asia Scholarship at University of the Highlands and Islands 2026:

• Applicant must be domiciled in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, or Sri Lanka.
• Applicant must be enrolled in an undergraduate programme.
• Applicant must be enrolled in a programme with a duration of at least one year.

Application Process:

• No separate application is required.
• The tuition fee discount will be deducted from the advertised on-campus tuition fee.

Value of the scholarship: 

• A 10% tuition fee discount is awarded to eligible recipients.

Note:

• The scholarship does not apply to off-campus tuition fees.
• The scholarship cannot be combined with any other scholarship, award, or discount.
