Eligibility Criteria for South African Reserve Bank Scholarship 2027:

Applicants must:

  • Be South African citizens.
  • Be under the age of 35.
  • Be registered or accepted to study in 2027 towards one of the following Fine Arts qualifications:
    • 1-year Advanced Diploma in Fine Arts (after a 3-year Fine Arts diploma)
    • 4th year of a 4-year Undergraduate Degree in Fine Arts
    • Honours Degree in Fine Arts (after a 3-year Fine Arts degree)
    • Master’s Degree in Fine Arts
  • Be accepted at a recognised and accredited tertiary institution in South Africa.
  • Have achieved a minimum overall average of 65% for the 2026 academic year.
  • Be in financial need, unable to attend university without scholarship support.

Value of South African Reserve Bank Scholarship 2027:

The prize is a fully funded scholarship for the 2027 academic year, covering all study-related costs such as tuition and materials, with recipients required to sign an agreement with SARB upon selection.

Application Process:

Submit clear copies of the following supporting documentation along with your completed application form (the submission of these documents is compulsory, if any items are missing, your application may be disqualified):
