Overview

In 1995, the University of Bath granted an honorary degree to Sir Jack Cater. He was the first chairman of the Independent Commission Against Corruption in Hong Kong. He then held the positions of Chief Secretary, Acting Governor, and Commissioner in London for Hong Kong. This scholarship is given to students at selected Hong Kong institutions on behalf of his family and the Parthenon Trust.
