Overview
The Senior Scholar Award at the University of Auckland recognizes graduating students with the highest marks in their undergraduate program. Each Faculty will receive a number of awards based on eligible graduates.
Eligibility Criteria for Senior Scholar Award at University of Auckland:
- Applicants must be eligible to graduate with an undergraduate degree or diploma.
- Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 6.50 across the courses considered for this assessment.
- Science: GPA excludes 600/700-level courses.
- Education and Social Work: GPA based on final 120 points.
- BE (Hons): Eligible to graduate with a minimum 6.50 honours GPA.
- Law: GPA based on 390 points, excluding honours and exchange credits.
- MBChB: Eligible to graduate, with at least 4 distinctions in Part VI and an overall distinction in Part V.
Value of Senior Scholar Award at University of Auckland:
The value of the awards will be $500 each.
