Overview

The Senior Scholar Award at the University of Auckland recognizes graduating students with the highest marks in their undergraduate program. Each Faculty will receive a number of awards based on eligible graduates.

Eligibility Criteria for Senior Scholar Award at University of Auckland:

  • Applicants must be eligible to graduate with an undergraduate degree or diploma.
  • Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 6.50 across the courses considered for this assessment.
  • Science: GPA excludes 600/700-level courses.
  • Education and Social Work: GPA based on final 120 points.
  • BE (Hons): Eligible to graduate with a minimum 6.50 honours GPA.
  • Law: GPA based on 390 points, excluding honours and exchange credits.
  • MBChB: Eligible to graduate, with at least 4 distinctions in Part VI and an overall distinction in Part V.

Value of Senior Scholar Award at University of Auckland:

The value of the awards will be $500 each.

Application Process:
