Overview

SEARCA's Graduate Study Program has initiated Full Masters and PhD Scholarships to nationals of SEAMEO member countries, namely- Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor Leste, and Vietnam to pursue advanced studies leading to master's and doctoral degrees in agriculture, forestry, and related sciences. The scope of the Graduate Study Program has expanded to include institutional development, networking, and services to enhance graduate education in the region. SEARCA has also been providing services for administration of scholarship funds under the sponsorship of institutions other than SEAMEO.

Eligibility criteria for SEARCA Full Masters And PhD Scholarships, 2022:

  • SEARCA Full Masters And PhD Scholarships is open to nationals of SEAMEO member countries.
  • Applicants who are regular employees of academic or research institutions or government agencies are eligible.
  • Applicants applying for masters degree must not be more than 35 years of age.
  • Applicants for PhD must not be more than 40 years of age.

Documents Required:

  • Curriculum Vitae.
  • SEARCA Scholarship Application Form.
  • Official academic transcripts.
  • Certification of employment.
  • A detailed description of the research the candidate plans to conduct for thesis/dissertation. 
  • Two copies of passport-size pictures.
  • Medical certificate.
  • Official endorsement from the employer must be submitted.
  • Candidates results of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) must be provided.

Value of SEARCA Full Masters And PhD Scholarships, 2022:

The successful applicants of SEARCA Full Masters And PhD Scholarships, 2022nwill receive:

    • Tuition and other fees.
    • Travel allowances.
    • Thesis/dissertation support.
    • Supplies allowance.
    • Health Insurance.
    • A stipend for food, lodging, and incidental expenses.
