Overview
The Science@Leuven Scholarships are for motivated and talented international students who are interested in participating in an international master's program of the Faculty of Science of the K.U.Leuven.
Eligibility:
- The applicants must be enrolled in the selected programs at the university.
- The applicants must not have studied or worked at the University before.
- The applicants must hold a bachelor's degree from a non-Belgian university
- The applicants are expected to obtain at least Distinction during their studies at the KU Leuven.
- The applicants must display a strong knowledge of English
- TOEFL (minimum score 94 internet-based with at least 19 for reading, 18 for Listening, 19 for speaking and 21 for writing)
- IELTS (minimum score of 7 overall, whilst at least 6,5 for reading, 6 for listening, 6 for speaking, and 6 for writing),
- The applicants must submit two reference letters from internationally renowned professors
- The applicants must be willing to act as an ambassador for the program.
Application Process:
- The candidates must submit an online application.
- The candidates must upload all the required documents mentioned in the online portal.
Value of the Scholarship:
- The scholarship is valued at up to EUR 12,000 yearly.
- The scholarship includes - an installation allowance at the start of the academic year, the remaining amount is paid out as a monthly allowance.
