Eligibility Criteria for Science & Technology Undergraduate Scholarship:

Applicants must:

  • Be full-time first-year undergraduate students at Singapore Management University.
  • Be enrolled in one of the following programmes offered by the School of Computing and Information Systems:
    • Bachelor of Science in Information Systems
    • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
    • Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering
  • Be a citizen of India, China (PRC), Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan.
  • Possess outstanding high school academic results.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and potential.
  • Have an excellent record of co-curricular activities and/or community service involvement.

Value of Science & Technology Undergraduate Scholarship:

The scholarship provides:

  • 100% coverage of subsidized undergraduate tuition fees (after MOE Tuition Grant).
  • S$6,000 annual living allowance.
  • S$1,750 one-time computer allowance upon enrollment.
  • S$200 one-time settling-in allowance upon enrollment.
  • An annual accommodation allowance equivalent to the lowest double-room on-campus accommodation rate.
  • Travel allowance for transport between home country and Singapore (subject to conditions).
