Western University offers the Schulich Leader Scholarship to outstanding undergraduate students pursuing eligible STEM programs. The scholarship supports applicants who demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking, leadership, charisma, and creativity, with financial need also considered in the selection process.

Eligibility criteria for Schulich Leader Scholarships at Western University 2026 :

• Applicants must be Canadian citizens.
• Applicants must be in their final year of high school, secondary school, or CEGEP in Canada.
• Applicants must intend to enrol in an eligible STEM program.
• Applicants must demonstrate entrepreneurial-minded leadership and leadership in STEM innovation.
• Applicants must intend to pursue a career in technology, engineering, entrepreneurship/business enterprise, or applied scientific research.
• Applicants must not intend to become practicing physicians or medical researchers.
• Applicants with demonstrated financial need receive strong consideration.

Application Process for Schulich Leader Scholarships at Western University 2026 :

• Applicants must be nominated by their high school, secondary school, or CEGEP and receive verification as a valid Schulich Leader Nominee.
• Applicants must complete the online Schulich Leader Scholarship application, including their achievements, career aspirations, entrepreneurial leadership, essays, transcript, and required video.
• Applicants must provide two referee contacts, with reference letters submitted online by the referees, and apply for admission to their chosen participating Canadian university.
