School of Physics, Engineering and Technology Taught Masters Scholarships at University of York 2026

The university is pleased to offer new scholarships designed to support students studying one of the School's postgraduate taught masters courses in achieving their goals at the University of York.

Eligibility for the School of Physics, Engineering, and Technology Taught Masters Scholarships:

• Applicants must hold a conditional or unconditional offer to study a postgraduate taught master’s programme at the University of York.
• Applicants must be intending to study one of the relevant School of Physics, Engineering and Technology MSc courses.
• Applicants must not already be receiving a 100% tuition fee scholarship or be fully sponsored.
• Applicants must submit a personal statement as part of their application.

Eligible courses include:

• MSc Audio and Music Technology
• MSc Engineering Management
• MSc Fusion Energy
• MSc Intelligent Robotics
• MSc Renewable Energy Technologies
• MSc Engineering Project Management
• MSc Biomedical Engineering

Application Process:

• Applicants must hold an offer (conditional or unconditional) for an eligible taught masters course.
• Prepare a personal statement (200–400 words) that includes your name, intended course, applicant number, and reasons why you are a strong candidate.
• Submit the scholarship application by email to the School PG Admissions team (pet-admissions@york.ac.uk) by the deadline.
