Overview

The University of Leeds offers the School of Languages, Cultures, and Societies International Excellence Scholarship to International students applying to the eligible Master's programs at the university.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicants must be classified as an international student for tuition fee purposes. 
  • Applicants must have applied for 2025/26 entry for an eligible taught master's course. You do not need to have received an offer of study before applying for the scholarship. 
  • Applicants must be self-funded or partially funded.
  • Applicants must demonstrate an excellent academic track record, and be predicted to achieve or have achieved a 2.1 , or equivalent. 
  • Applicants must show excellent professional and personal skills evidenced through work experience and/or extracurricular activities.

Application Process:

All eligible candidates must complete and submit the online form to be considered for the scholarship.

Value of the Scholarship:

The successful candidates are awarded 10%, 25%, and 50% towards the tuition fees.
