Sarawak Energy aims to provide exceptional talent management and development experiences to advance and grow Sarawak’s highly skilled workforce pool in technical disciplines. A collaboration between Sarawak Energy and Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), this program offers tailored, fit-for-purpose diploma programs to fast-track talent development and nurture young minds for the energy industry.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicant must be 18-21 years old.
  • Candidates should be SPM leavers from years 2020-2022 with minimum credits in Additional Mathematics, Physics, Mathematics and English.
  • Trial SPM results are accepted for students taking SPM in 2023.
