Applicants must:

Be an asylum seeker, child of an asylum seeker, or hold Discretionary Leave to Remain
Have right to study in the UK
Be ineligible for Student Finance England funding (no tuition or maintenance loan)
Have:
- Applied for asylum, OR
- Be awaiting an asylum decision, OR
- Have evidence of seeking international protection
Hold an offer for an undergraduate course at Royal Holloway.
