This scholarship was established in 2024 in memory of Sally Lofting (MA 1971) and forms part of the St Andrews Wardlaw Scholarship scheme, established in 2004 to provide financial assistance to academically gifted students who would otherwise struggle with the cost of studying at the University of St Andrews.

Eligibility Criteria for Sally Lofting Scholarship at the University of St Andrews:
