Sagar Geophysics Prize at University of Auckland 2026

Eligibility Criteria for the Sagar Geophysics Prize at the University of Auckland:

• Students must be enrolled in a Master of Science in Geophysics or Environmental Physics.
• Students must have completed the GEOPHYS 796 thesis, ENVPHYS 796 thesis, or an equivalent course.

Selection Criteria for the Sagar Geophysics Prize at the University of Auckland:

The prize will be awarded to the student who achieves the highest grade in the aforementioned thesis course, with a minimum standard of at least an A- grade.

Value of the Sagar Geophysics Prize at University of Auckland:

The prize will be awarded annually and will be of the value of $1,000.

Application Process:

No separate application is necessary. All eligible applicants will be automatically considered for the scholarship.
