Rodd Hotels & Resorts Culinary Award at Holland College 2025

Introduction:  

A dedicated Culinary Arts student with a strong interest in developing professional cooking skills and gaining industry experience. Commitment is shown through hard work, consistency, and a willingness to learn in both academic and practical settings. There is a focus on building a successful career in the culinary field while maintaining good academic standing.

Eligibility requirement for Rodd Hotels & Resorts Culinary Award at Holland College:

• Must be a second-year student enrolled in the Culinary Arts program
• Must be in good academic standing
• Preference given to students who have completed a summer work contract at a Rodd Signature property
• Financial need may be considered
• Applicable properties include: Rodd Crowbush Golf and Beach Resort, Rodd Brudenell River Resort, Rodd Charlottetown, Rodd Miramichi River Resort, or Rodd Grand Yarmouth

Value of the scholarship:

A CAD 1,000 is awarded is available to support a full-time student

Application Process:

• Must be enrolled as a second-year Culinary Arts student in good academic standing
• Complete the award application form
• Indicate whether a summer work contract was completed at a Rodd Signature property
• Upload a letter of reference from the resort’s chef
• Submit the most recent academic transcript
