Eligibility Criteria for the Robert J. Dlugosh and Don N. Mckee Endowed Scholarship:
- Applicants can be of any nationality.
- Applicants must be incoming or current WSU students.
- Applicants must identify as gay, lesbian, or transgender or the children of gay, lesbian, or transgender parents.
- Preference for applicants with a proven record of community service, especially supporting the gay, lesbian, and transgender community.
- Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher for current students, a cumulative HS or transfer GPA of 2.50.
- Applicants must also demonstrate financial need.
Application Process:
- Applicants must complete the WSU General Scholarship Application by January 31 prior to the start of the academic year.
- There is no additional application process.
Value of the Robert J. Dlugosh and Don N. Mckee Endowed Scholarship:
The successful candidates will receive an award amount at the discretion of the University.
Note: If at any time in the future WSU is unable to award this scholarship according to the first criterion, the alternate criterion to replace it shall be “first generation college students.”
