  3. The recipient will receive a one-time payment of GBP 1,000, based on their skill, improvement, and dedication in orchestral performance during Year 1.
  4. Applicants must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in Music or Music and Sound Recording and have completed their first year.

Application Process: No formal application is required — all first-year undergraduate string players will be automatically considered for the award.
