The Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarship supports high-achieving first-year postgraduate students pursuing selected future-ready programmes in Engineering, Technology, Energy and Life Sciences through financial and professional development support.

Eligibility Criteria for Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarships 2026:

Applicants must:

  • Be a resident Indian citizen.
  • Be a first‑year postgraduate (PG) student enrolled full‑time in a regular degree programme.
  • Have either:
    • A GATE score between 550 and 1000, OR
    • An undergraduate CGPA of 7.5 or above (or equivalent percentage, normalized to CGPA).
  • Be pursuing an eligible degree in one of the following fields:
    • Computer Science
    • Artificial Intelligence
    • Mathematics & Computing
    • Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Chemical Engineering
    • Renewable and New Energy
    • Material Science & Engineering
    • Life Sciences

Application Process for Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarships 2026:

  • Applicants must register and complete the online application with personal, academic and extracurricular details.
  • Applicants must submit two reference letters, a Personal Statement, Statement of Purpose, and supporting documents.
  • Applicants must complete the 60-minute online aptitude test.
  • Shortlisted applicants must attend a virtual interview with the expert panel.
  • Applicants are selected based on merit through the evaluation and interview process.
