  • Preference is given to students attending the Kelowna, Vernon, or Salmon Arm Campus.
  • Applicant must be pursuing studies and a career related to the real estate field.
  • Applicant who is an immediate family member of a licensed real estate agent may receive preference, provided all other eligibility criteria are met.
  • Scholarship recipients are selected based on academic achievement.
  • Bursary recipients are selected based on financial need.

Students pursuing real estate-related careers through programmes or courses such as the following may be eligible:

  • Business Administration: appraisal, property management, real estate marketing, property development
  • Civil Engineering Technology: real estate development, public administration of municipal lands, zoning and planning
  • Commerce: urban land economics, mortgage financing
  • Economics: appraisal, property management, real estate finance and urban land economics
  • Geography: urban geography, economic geography, public administration, community and regional planning, architecture, transportation analysis
