Overview

The purpose of the scholarship is to support students who are undertaking postgraduate studies in Cyber Security at the University of Queensland, with a preference for female and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander postgraduate students.

Eligibility for the Queensland Government Cyber Security Scholarship - Graduate Certificate:

  • Students should not hold a scholarship that the Head considers to be similar.
  • Students need to be classified as domestic students.

Students are enrolled in one of the postgraduate programs in Cyber Security:

  • Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security
  • Graduate Diploma in Cyber Security 
  • Master of Cyber Security

Selection Criteria:

  • Academic achievement
  • Personal qualities, including leadership potential 
  • Any other qualities that the selection committee considers relevant to your future success in the engineering profession.

Application Process:

Students must submit an application form to the university to be eligible for the scholarship.

Value of the Scholarship:

The students will receive AUD 10,000.
