The President's International Transfer Student Scholarship at FAU is available for Spring and Fall terms only. They are limited in number and competitive. Applicants must apply and be admitted as degree-seeking students before being considered for a scholarship. Students must have a high school diploma or the equivalent before the first day of class to meet scholarship criteria.

Eligibility Criteria for President's International Scholarship (Transfer) at FAU:

Applicants must score a 3.5 GPA or higher on a 4.0 U.S. grading scale.
Applicants must study for two years of university (up to 60 credits) or an AA degree.
Applicants must submit proof of English proficiency.

Application Procedure:

Applicants must submit an online application and upload a personal essay along with it.

Value of the President's International Scholarship (Transfer) at FAU:

$6,000 awarded annually and renewable for up to three years for qualified transfer students on F-1 or J-1 visas.
