Overview

The Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance, Government of Maharashtra, is launching the Post-Matric Scholarship for Persons with Disability, Maharashtra 2024/25, to offer financial aid to disabled students enrolled in classes 11–Ph.D. levels. In addition to other advantages, the chosen scholars would receive a maintenance allowance of up to INR 1,200 per month.

Eligibility Criteria for Post-Matric Scholarship for Persons with Disability, Maharashtra 2024/25:

  • Students need to be a domicile of Maharashtra.
  • Students should have a disability of 40% or more certified by a competent authority.
  • Students must be studying in Class 11 to Ph. D. level in a government/government-aided institution in Maharashtra.
  • Students should have been admitted through the CAP process.
