The NSERC is offering postdoctoral fellowships to highly qualified Canadian nationals or permanent residents.

Eligibility for NSERC - Postdoctoral Fellowship Program:

  • Be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada, or a protected person under subsection 95(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
  • You must not be currently declared ineligible to apply for and hold funding from NSERC or any other Canadian research funding organization for reasons of breach of standards of ethics or integrity
  • hold or expect to hold a doctorate in one of the fields of research that NSERC supports
  • You must not have already received a postdoctoral award 

Value of NSERC - Postdoctoral Fellowship Program -

  • Successful applicants to the NSERC Postdoctoral Fellowship Program will receive CAD 70,000 per year for two years.
