The PhD Scholarship by the School of Engineering is for students who are interested in creative and challenging projects in the area of micro-nanofabrication and vacuum nanoelectronics for microwave vacuum electron devices.

Eligibility criteria for the PhD Scholarship by School of Engineering at RMIT University 2025:

Applicants must:

Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Electronics Engineering, Nanotechnology, or Materials Science.
Be interested in research in micro-/nano-fabrication and vacuum nanoelectronics for microwave vacuum electron devices.
