Overview

Loughborough University has initiated a PhD scholarship in Diplomacy and/or International Governance, 2022 addressing complex, international issues and also developing students' professional research skills.

Eligibility criteria for the PhD in Diplomacy and/or International Governance, 2022:

  • Applicants from all nationalities are eligible.
  • Applicants should have, or expect to achieve, at least a 2:1 honors degree (or equivalent) in politics, international relations, or a related subject, plus a master’s degree and/or experience in a related professional field.
  • Applicant must meet the English Language Requirement.

Value of the PhD in Diplomacy and/or International Governance, 2022:

  • International students may apply but the value of the studentship will be used to cover the full cost of the International tuition fee.
  • Note that from October 2022, EU, other EEA, and Swiss nationals will no longer be eligible for UK fee status. Instead, they will be subject to the full International tuition fee.
