The PEI Road Builders and Heavy Construction Association "Frank W. Curtis Memorial Scholarship" was established at the University of Prince Edward Island in 1986 by the PEI Road Builders and Heavy Construction Association in memory of Frank W. Curtis.

Eligibility criteria for the PEI Road Builders and Heavy Construction Association "Frank W. Curtis Memorial Scholarship":

  • Applicants must be enrolled in the Sustainable Design Engineering program.
