    Pears-Britten Award to assist a student enrolling full-time in the first year of a BMus Creative Practice: Classical program in singing.

    Eligibility for Pears-Britten Award in Singing:

    • Applicants must have received a conditional or unconditional offer of admission to a Bachelor of Music (BMus) or BMus conjoint degree in Creative Practice: Classical in Te Whare o ngā Pūkōrero Pūoro, School of Music, at Waipapa Taumata Rau, University of Auckland, for which the subject of performance is Voice.
    • Applicants must be intending to enroll full-time in the first year of a BMus or BMus conjoint degree in the year of the award.

    Application Process:

    Students do not need to apply for this scholarship, award, or prize or complete an online application form. It is awarded on the recommendation of the relevant faculty or University of Auckland committee.

    Value:

    One award will be made annually and will be of the value of NZD 2,000.
