Paul A. and Sylvia P. Poorman Memorial Scholarship

His family established this scholarship in his memory and continues contributing to it. Scholarship recipients shall be selected on the basis of: Undergraduate student majoring in journalism.

Eligibility criteria -

• The applicant must be an undergraduate student.
• The applicant must be majoring in Journalism.
• They must secure a minimum 2.75 GPA
• They must be enrolled at the Kent Campus.
• They must be enrolled full-time (12 credit hours).

Application process -

• The applicant must surpass all the additional requirements the University sets for admission.

Note - The scholarship may be applied to any of the following costs associated with attending KSU: Tuition, Room and Board Fees, Books andSuppliese, Travel Expenses
