OCSU Women in STEM Bursary at Okanagan College 2026:

The OCSU Women in STEM Bursary provides financial support to students continuing their studies in eligible Science or Technology university studies or diploma programmes at Okanagan College. Preference is given to self-identifying female students, non-binary students, and trans women. Selection is based on financial need.

Eligibility Criteria for the OCSU Women in STEM Bursary at Okanagan College 2026:

  • Applicant must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, protected person, or international student.
  • Applicant must have completed one semester of study in a Science or Technology university studies or diploma programme and be returning the following semester for subsequent full-time study, with a minimum of 9 credits or 60% course load, or 6 credits or 40% for students with a permanent, persistent, or prolonged disability, at the Kelowna, Penticton, Salmon Arm, or Revelstoke Campus of Okanagan College.
  • Preference is given to self-identifying female students, non-binary students, or trans women.
  • Applicant must demonstrate financial need.
  • Applicant must be in good standing.

  • Recipients are selected by Financial Awards.

Value of the Bursary:

  • One or more awards of CAD 1,000 are awarded to the recipients.
