The OC President's Entrance Scholarships recognise graduating secondary school students in the Okanagan College region who demonstrate strong academic achievement, leadership potential, and meaningful contributions to their school and community.

Eligibility Criteria for the OC President's Entrance Scholarships at Okanagan College 2026:

  • Applicant must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
  • Applicant must be graduating from a secondary school within the Okanagan College region, from Revelstoke to Princeton.
  • Applicant must be entering an eligible programme at any Okanagan College campus in the following September with a minimum of 15 credits or 100% course load.
  • Applicant must demonstrate academic achievement, strong leadership skills and potential, and contributions to their school and community through co-curricular and extracurricular activities, such as sports, culture, voluntary service, or employment.
  • Applicant must have secured an offer of admission to an eligible Okanagan College programme before scholarship allocations are made.
  • Applicant must provide letter(s) of reference.

Eligibility Criteria for the OC President's Entrance Scholarships at Okanagan College 2026:

  • Submit the online application through myOkanagan.
  • Provide an interim statement of grades.
  • Provide a written appraisal from a high school principal, counsellor, or teacher.
  • Applicants who apply for the President's Entrance Scholarship will receive an additional form to provide further details about their leadership skills.
  • Recipients are selected by the OC-Wide and Kelowna Awards Selection Committee.
