Eligibility Criteria for the Robert Noyce Teacher Scholarship Program:

Applicants must:

  • Be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or permanent resident.
  • Be a STEM major or STEM professional planning to become a K-12 teacher.
  • Be enrolled in a teacher certification or post-baccalaureate program leading to teaching credentials.
  • Commit to teaching for at least two years in a high-need K-12 school district for each year of scholarship support received.
  • Meet academic merit requirements set by the participating institution.

Value of the Robert Noyce Teacher Scholarship Program:

  • Scholarship awards are at least $10,000 per year for STEM majors, up to the cost of attendance.
  • Scholarship support may be provided for up to three years, beginning in the junior year and continuing through post‑baccalaureate teacher certification.

  • Identify a participating institution offering the Noyce Scholarship.
