Ng Kai Wa Scholarship is aimed at encouraging full-time needy undergraduates at the School of Information Systems to achieve academic excellence in their studies and at providing them with financial support towards their costs of education.
Eligibility for Ng Kai Wa Scholarship:
- Full-time undergraduates of any nationality pursuing the Bachelor of Science (Information Systems) programme at the School of Information Systems.
- Demonstrate a balanced profile with good academic achievements and an interest in non-academic activities.
- With demonstrated financial need.
Value of the Scholarship:
Freshman-
- Tenable for up to 4 years of the recipient’s academic studies, subject to achieving continued good academic results and complying with other terms and conditions of award.
- Valued at SGD 7,500 per annum.
- The scholarship will be used to pay for the recipient’s school fees.
- The recipient may apply for bursary for cash allowance.
Current Student-
- Tenable for one year
- Valued between SGD 5,000 and SGD 7,500 (depending on the recipient’s financial circumstances).
- The scholarship will be used to pay for the recipient's school fees.
- The recipient may apply for bursary for cash allowance.
