Neuroimaging and Cognitive Performance in ADHD Scholarship at Deakin University 2025

The doctoral Cotutelle project in ‘Predicting cognitive performance in ADHD with functional neuroimaging' between Deakin University (Australia) and Coventry University (United Kingdom).' Deakin University is in charge of the initiative, which aims to explore whether EEG and/or resting-state fMRI can provide a quantitative and effective approach to identify a neural signature of attention lapses during cognitive tasks.

Eligibility criteria:

• Applicant must be either a domestic or international candidate. "Domestic" includes candidates with Australian Citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency or New Zealand Citizenship.
• Applicant must meet the PhD entry requirements of both Deakin University and Coventry University, including English language proficiency requirements.
• Applicant must be enrolling full-time.
• Applicant must be able to physically locate to both Coventry University (UK) for a minimum of 6 months and maximum of 12 months and Deakin University (Australia)

Benefits:

• Stipend of $34,400 per annum
• Relocation allowance of $500-1500 (for single to family) for students moving from interstate
• Tuition fees are offset for the duration of 4 years. Single Overseas Student Health Cover policy for the duration of the student visa (only for international students)
