Need-Based International Financial Aid at University of Notre Dame 2026

The University of Notre Dame admission decisions for undergraduate international applicants are need-blind. This means applicants will be evaluated for admission without considering the ability of students or parents to pay the educational costs associated with the University of Notre Dame.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must be classed as international students.
• Applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at the university.
• Applicants must demonstrate financial need.
• Applicants must be in good academic standing.

Application Process:

Prospective first-year students wishing to be considered for need-based financial assistance must complete the CSS Profile.

Applicants must submit the documents.

Documents required:

• Parent U.S. or Foreign Tax Return or Parent Non-filer Statement
• Parent 2024 Earning Statements 

Notes:

Summer Session financial assistance through the Office of Financial Aid, including need-based scholarships, is extremely limited.
