Introduction:

The NB/PEI Chapter of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, Inc. (ASHRAE) Award is designed to support and recognize high-achieving students in the HVAC program. Sponsored by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), this award encourages excellence in technical education, academic performance, and professional development in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration field.

Eligibility requirement for NB/PEI Chapter of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, Inc. (ASHRAE) Award at Holland College:

• Be enrolled in the HVAC program.
• Be in their second year of study.
• Have a minimum academic standing of 80% in first year.
• Demonstrate financial need.
• Submit required supporting documents, including:
  • A letter of support from a current Learning Manager
  • An instructor reference letter

Value of the scholarship:

A CAD 1,000 is awarded to support a full-time student
