The Minton Family created this scholarship in 2020 as part of the Create Change Scholarship Match program, and it is funded in part by endowment fund earnings. The Minton Family Foundation is launching a scholarship to support need-based students who want to study undergraduate economics and commerce within the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Law. This scholarship honors Gregory Minton, who earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering in 1984 and a bachelor's degree in economics in 1989.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The candidate should be an Australian or a New Zealand citizen.
- The applicant should demonstrate financial hardship.
- Candidate should be enrolled, or intend to enroll, full-time in any of the following programs:
- Bachelor of Advanced Finance and Economics Honours
- Bachelor of Economics.
- Bachelor of Commerce.
