Merit-Based Scholarship 2026

Introduction:

The Sofia University is offering Merit-Based Scholarship that is awarded to high-performing students while acknowledging their academic excellence and dedication to their studies.

Eligibility for Merit-Based Scholarship 2026:

• The Applicants must be enrolled in a matriculating degree program.
• The Applicants must be new students in their first four terms at Sofia University.
• The Applicants should have a record of exceptional academic performance.

Application Process for Merit-Based Scholarship 2026:

• The Applicants should submit a personal statement explaining their reasons for applying and their intended goals.
• The Scholarship Committee reviews the admission application to select recipients.
• The Applicants Financial need is not considered in the selection process.

Award : USD 5,000

Note:

• This scholarship is only offered in Fall and Winter.
• The scholarship opens for fall 2026 on July 13th and closes on September 7th, 2026
• The scholarship opens for Winter 2027 on November 9th and closes on January 4th, 2027
