May Quon Undergraduate Scholarship at University of Alberta 2026

Students from China or Hong Kong studying in Canada under a study visa are eligible to apply for this scholarship, which is given to those with exceptional academic accomplishments starting any year of an undergraduate degree program at the University of Alberta.

Eligibility Criteria for May Quon Undergraduate Scholarship:

• Be entering any year of an undergraduate degree program at the University of Alberta.
• Be from China or Hong Kong and studying in Canada on a study permit.
• Demonstrate superior academic achievement.
• Hold Chinese or Hong Kong citizenship.
• For renewal in subsequent years (2nd, 3rd, 4th year), maintain:
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Completion of at least 24 credits over the most recent September to April period while studying on a study permit.

Application Process:

Applicants are automatically considered based on the completed General Application to the University of Alberta.
